3) Preorders

If an item is marked as Preorder, the product page and/or checkout will indicate when deliveries begin and/or an estimated timeframe.

4) Destinations

We ship to the United States and may ship worldwide where carriers and laws allow.

5) Shipping Fees / Free Shipping

Shipping fees are shown at checkout. Free shipping may be offered for limited-time promotions or above certain order thresholds. Applicable conditions will be displayed at the time of purchase.

6) Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the customer is responsible for these charges.

7) Address & Undeliverable Packages

Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

This section includes (A) the standard worldwide policy (defects/manufacturing issues) and (B) the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for France/EU consumers where applicable. Local consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

A) Standard Policy (Worldwide / USA — Defects or Manufacturing Issues)

Outside jurisdictions with a mandatory "no-reason" withdrawal right, we accept returns only for defects or manufacturing issues.

1) Return Window

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return for eligible issues.

2) Eligibility Conditions

  • Item must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, no odors), with original packaging and tags (if applicable).
  • We may request photos/video before authorizing a return.
  • Normal wear-and-tear, misuse, accidental damage, or sizing preference are not considered defects.

3) Return Shipping

Unless required by law, the customer pays return shipping and should use tracked shipping.

4) Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

5) Refund Timing

If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item (or after sufficient proof, depending on the case and local law). Processing times vary by payment provider.

B) France / EU — 14-day Right of Withdrawal (No Reason) (where applicable)

If you are a consumer residing in France (and generally the EU/EEA/UK where applicable), you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

1) How to Withdraw

Email contact@ninelab.us within 14 days of delivery and clearly state your decision to withdraw. We will provide return instructions.

2) Return Conditions

  • Return the goods promptly and within the legal deadline after you notify us.
  • You must take reasonable care of the products. If the item is returned in a diminished condition, a deduction may apply where permitted by law.
  • Unless the law requires otherwise, the customer pays return shipping for withdrawals.

3) Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain items (for example, customized/personalized goods, or sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed), as permitted by applicable law. If an exception applies, it will be disclosed on the product page and/or at checkout.

4) Refund Under Withdrawal

If your withdrawal is valid, we refund the price paid for returned items in accordance with applicable law after receiving the goods back or proof of return (depending on legal requirements).

Preorder / Drops Policy

Ninelab may sell products through drops that are preorder, limited stock, or standard availability. The applicable model will be shown on the product page and/or at checkout.

1) Preorder Definition

A preorder is an item that is not ready to ship immediately. The product page and/or checkout will state the expected timeframe and/or when deliveries begin.

2) Payment Timing

Payment may be captured at checkout (common for drops) or authorized and captured later depending on your payment method and platform.

3) Delays

Preorder timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to production, quality checks, carrier constraints, or customs. If a material delay occurs, we may provide updates or options as required by law.

4) Cancellations & Refunds

  • Before production: cancellation/refund may be allowed before production begins when feasible and as indicated for that preorder.
  • After production begins: no refunds except as required by law, or for defects/manufacturing issues as described in the Returns section.
  • Statutory rights: mandatory consumer rights (e.g., France/EU withdrawal right) apply where applicable.

5) Mixed Orders

If you purchase preorder items with in-stock items, we may ship separately or together depending on logistics. If we ship separately, you may receive multiple tracking updates.
